Leadership NOW is made up of Christians from many denominations and church backgrounds. While we hold this diversity in high regard, we promote and challenge you on the most important belief we have in common. We believe in the importance of Christian Business persons conducting business in a manner that is consistent with their faith. We believe it is imperative that we allow our business transactions to be conducted in a way that would be glorifying to God. Our testimony in the business world is a byproduct of our actions.

No Other Way (NOW) was organized in 1998 to provide leadership training from a Christian perspective and to provide Godly encouragement to Christian professionals.

Providing presentations of Biblically-based leadership tools and career development resources with the addition of guest speakers, NOW is offering fellowship with a network of believers in conjunction with inspirational leadership training.

Our goal is to help prepare members to understand and develop their spiritual gifts and implement them in existing, as well as, future leadership and career opportunities. In addition, we are striving to encourage each member to develop personal relationships with like-minded individuals, which will lead to encouragement and accountability.

NOW challenges each member to use their strengths spiritually and professionally to make a difference in the community and to constantly seek better ways to serve Christ in their daily walk.

Meetings are the first and third Thursday of each month, in a casual luncheon environment. Special events and retreats are planned to provide additional growth opportunities.
